All orders will be processed the next business day. Please note, a separate email will be generated with your shipping tracking information. Your package should arrive within 5 – 8 business days after shipping. During peak times of the year and holidays, shipping may take a day or two longer. We ship to the continental USA and Canada but do not ship internationally at this time. Please note all Canadian orders will be charged an $18 shipping surcharge fee.

To be eligible for the 30 day money back guarantee, you will need to return all bottles purchased (opened and unopened). The 30 day guarantee starts upon the day it is delivered to your home. To know what date the products were delivered, we use the USPS delivery confirmation tool. We ask that you email us at customercare@discountgreencoffee.com to let us know that you will be processing a refund. Upon receiving your email, we will respond in a refund confirmation email. We will not issue you a refund until the bottle or bottles are returned to our business mailbox.
